This plant has a powerful lemon scent stronger than most lemon herbs! Fun Fact when you use a Citronella candle, they actually use the oils from this plant for the smell! In late summer/early fall the leaves and steams start to turn a beautiful red! The main use for this plant is ornamental and aromatic.
